Brief

A company specializing in scrap metal purchasing and heating fuel sales asked us to prepare a new identity for them.

Our task was not only to design an eye-catching logo, but also think of an all-new name for the company.

The new name is an abbreviation of “volcano” – a symbol of the combustion process that predates the furnace. On one hand, it represents the production of heat to keep a house warm, on the other hand – the smelting of scrap metal.
